Grown Folk JAMZ®, a registered trademark of Intrepid Companies LLC, was created in 2010 and started Research & Development (R&D) resulting in successfully achieving impressive results!
As an online station, Grown Folk JAMZ® started at the bottom being the 470th most listened to R&B station on the Live365 platform. Within months, it rapidly grew to be the 3rd most listened to R&B radio station, with listeners all around the world. When we moved the R&D to terrestrial, within a year it proved to be a Relevant & Compelling format in a rated market.
We knew we were on to Something Good!

In 2000, I started owning and operating AM/FM radio stations in Texas and Kansas. On D-R JAMZ Afternoon Party, my #1 Goal is to get you from Point A to Point B…JAMMIN' - Simple & Plain!

I started in Florida, Pennsylvania, Alabama, North Carolina, Carolina, Virginia, and even the United Kingdom. On DeLyte @ Night, you can expect an experience full of good vibes, personality, and laughs. We raise a glass with our nightly toast to life’s little wins and big moments, and just vibe. I have been obsessed with radio since I was a kid! When my family would travel out of town, I couldn’t wait to hear what was playing on the local stations. I started doing radio in college and after I did my first internship, I was hooked. It’s been an incredible journey! I have been on air in Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, Georgia, Kansas, and Texas. On T-O Midday Show, you can expect to be entertained while hearing the best of today’s R&B and some throwbacks that’ll make you crank up the soundbar on that work pc!
